Working principle of high speed disperser

　　Dispersing disc is rotating in the cylinder with a high speed to finish the mixing of liquid and solid materials, humidification and dispersion.

　　1. The circulated materials generate whirlpool in the container, so the particle on the surface of the materials will drop to the whirlpool bottom.

　　2. It forms the overfall area along the space where 2.5mm~5.0mm distance from the disc brim. It results to powerful shearing force upon the particles.

　　3. There are two flows outside of this area upon and down to ensure the effective circulation and turning around function of the materials.

　　4. There are different levels under the disc. Liquid with different speeds disperse each other.
