Application of high shear disperser in ink production

　　High shear disperser is able to disperse and mix materials by strong shear force of the dispersing base structured of stator or rotor. High shear disperser is adopted widely for production of water-based paint, oil paint, emulsion, milk and adhesive. As a part of the production line, how is high shear disperser be operated in ink complete plant?

　　Ink is classified into ink cyan which contains pigment, diluents without pigment and polishing oil. The ink includes components of resin, pigment, solvent and additive. Ink disperser disperses all kinds of components in the ink equably and achieving long-stabilizing effect.

　　The complete equipment of ink makes up of high shear disperser, reactor, mill and three-roll mill machine. The high shear disperser will be highlighted in the future.
