Operation preparation and usage of dispersers

　　Before operation, operators should do preparation of dispersers for example the dispersers should be debugged to avoid accident. Here are the preparation attentions and usage of dispersers.

　　Keep the dispersers vertical when install the dispersers and there should be space preserved for the basis of the equipments or bolts.

　　During the debugging process of the dispersers, you should check the switch of the lifting to see if it is flexible and reliable. Start the switch of the mixing and set the rotation speed to medium, and observe if the disperser runs stably.

　　During the usage of dispersers, you should apply lubricant oil to the column and mixing axle of the dispersers. Check the transmission tri-belt regularly.
